‘The things that we share in our world are far more valuable than those which divide us.’
This quotation from the American astronaut, Donald Williams, encapsulates our philosophy in World Learning. In our own ways, we are aiming to make our world a better place.
Through the study of History, Geography, Religion, Citizenship, PSHE and Modern Foreign Languages, our students learn how to think critically, how to lead others, how to work independently and how to reflect upon their own lives.
World Learning develops key qualities. Our students learn that they belong to communities and are taught to appreciate differences within their communities. We aim to enable and encourage all students to make real and practical contributions to our world.
