You and Your Learning

Post 16 study at TA6 is very much about independent learning but that does not mean you won’t have access to support when you need it.  As well as a personalised learning plan you will have access to the two heads of sixth form, the office staff, a learning support mentor, dedicated teaching staff and an experienced tutor.

A personal tutor will be assigned to students to support, advise and guide each student through the demands of the post 16 curriculum. This support structure will be available to you whenever you need it and we will offer guidance in a wide range of sixth form related issues.

The quality of provision is continually evaluated by both the staff and students giving honest feedback on all aspects of the curriculum and the additional activities and events that we offer you.
